In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777b77 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on their Accounts to provide an additional layer of security. The Platform will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

777b77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to selected partner banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any given day are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your Account. 777b77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 777b77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

Currency: All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in BDT. No foreign currency conversion fees are applied by 777b77; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own charges, for which 777b77 bears no responsibility.

Unclaimed Balances: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳50, deducted from the Account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

777b77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL cricket season, and Durga Puja. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to registered Players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification.
• Each Player may claim a given promotional offer only once unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be closed and all associated funds forfeited.

In the event of a discrepancy between the score displayed on the Platform and the official result, the official result takes precedence for settlement purposes.

In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including live poker or live table games.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 777b77 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 777b77 will process any eligible outstanding withdrawal of real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) within a reasonable timeframe.

777b77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Repeated or egregious breach of fair play obligations.

Where an Account is closed due to a Terms breach, 777b77 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings pending investigation. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method unless the closure is the result of confirmed fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be frozen pending legal proceedings.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 777b77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 777b77 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent operations.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777b77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
